In the opinion of the nine Department of the Ministry of education on further promoting the development of community education,which was promulgated in 2016,it is one of the main tasks to promote the promotion of the informatization of community education in the present stage,encouraging the conditions to promote the interconnection of online learning platforms and the construction and sharing of the digital learning resources of community education.With the advancement of education information and the popularization of lifelong education and learning society,the development of community education has attracted the attention of the state.Although the government at all levels has vigorously supported the development of community education,as a kind of social education,the information development of community education is not optimistic.Digital resources of community education are the products of digital technology applied to community education,and the sharing of digital resources in community education is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of community education.In the area of community education resources,the contradiction between the local limited community educational resources and the growing learning needs,the contradiction between the learning habits of different age groups and the way of the local community education curriculum,the contradiction between the diversity of learning carrier and the single form of resource release,is being confronted with the contradiction between the local community education resources and the growing learning needs.The successful development of media integration in the news industry provides a reference path for the sharing of community education resources.It has a unique research entry point in improving the awareness of sharing,narrowing the limits of space and time and diversifying the diversity of learning media.The research on the sharing of digital resources in community education can make clear the balanced development of the allocation of community education resources,can provide management basis for the long-term development of community educational resources,expand the space for the dissemination of resources,reduce the gap between the rich and the poor,improve the utilization rate of the resources,and be beneficial to satisfy the users.Diversified demands lay the foundation for the sharing practice of digital resources in community education.The first chapter,the introduction.This chapter first describes the background and significance of the research,so as to ascertain the value of the research.Secondly,from the two aspects of media convergence and digital resources of community education,the relevant literature at home and abroad is reviewed.Finally,the main research contents and research methods of this thesis are summarized,and the research ideas are presented in the form of flow charts.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation of concept connotation and research.Firstly,the connotation and level of media integration,the connotation and characteristics of the digital resources of community education are expounded.Secondly,the connotation and significance of the digital resource sharing of the object community education are clarified.Finally,the theoretical basis of the research is expounded,namely,the theory of behavior dynamics,the social exchange theory,the education equilibrium theory,and the division of education.Cloth cognitive theory,paving the way for the following.The third chapter is the sampling survey of the status quo of digital resources sharing in community education.This chapter mainly uses the method of sampling survey to divide the community into three gradients of national,urban and township level,and then according to the following order to investigate the establishment of the sample,the determination of the sharing effect analysis index,the status analysis of the sharing of digital resources in community education,and the sharing of the digital resources sharing in the community education.The main problems are expected to lay the foundation for the following research.The fourth chapter is the promotion of media integration to the sharing of digital resources in community education.From the perspective of media integration,this chapter expounds the promotion of the sharing of digital resources in community education,including the promotion of shared relations,the promotion of shared content,the promotion of sharing technology,the promotion of sharing channels,and the promotion of sharing management.The fifth chapter,the strategy of digital resources sharing in community education under the background of media convergence.This chapter mainly from the five aspects of content construction,platform building,channel expansion,organizational structure,guarantee and incentive,and put forward specific strategies and suggestions in the process of sharing the digital resources of community education.The sixth chapter,summary and prospect.Summarize the research,reflect the limitations in the study,and compare the lack of future research.
