Autism also has a popular name called autism,which is autism,called ASD for the first time,by Kanner,a child psychiatrist at John hodkins University in the United States in 1943.The biggest difference from other types of disorders is that autism is a generalized developmental disorder.In the sex ratio,the male is often more than the female,and is sick in the infantile period.The obstacle performance mainly focuses on the different degree of interpersonal communication barrier,the narrow range of interest and the stereotyped behavior pattern.Only about 1/4 of autistic children have normal mental development,while a relatively small number of autistic children exist"ability island"phenomenon[1].There are many different ways to educate and rehabilitate children with autism.Music therapy is the youngest.American music therapist Temple university professor Bruscia believes that the intervention of music therapy is a systematic process in which different forms of music experience are fully utilized by therapists,and a good relationship with the therapist is established in this process,and the ultimate aim is to help the therapist to achieve a healthy[2].At present,the application of music therapy in the research field of autistic children includes psychology,clinical medicine,education and other fields.But in the field of special education,few studies have been conducted with the guidance of physical cognition theory.On the basis of a full analysis of previous studies,a single case study will be used to study the small distance of 1 autistic children who receive special education in the enlightening schools by using the musical therapy under the guidance of physical cognitive theory as a means of intervention.The study will collect the basic information of the case with the methods of questionnaire and observation,combined with the infant gas quality table,PEP3 assessment scale,the music ability assessment scale,the individualized education course of the twin stream mental handicap children and the assessment tools and scales.On this basis,the Individual Education Plan?IEP?,which has a total of 24 periods?35 minutes/sections?for 3 months,has been worked out.The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of music therapy on individualized training for autistic children under the guidance of physical cognitive theory,and to provide useful reference for the education and rehabilitation of children with autism in the future.From the results of the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The physical and mental unity of cognitive concept conforms to the learning characteristics of autistic children,and verifies the importance of the body experience and environment in the training of autistic children in cognition,communication,emotion and sensory perception.This theory is of guiding significance;2.music therapy.There are different degrees of improvement and improvement on the disadvantaged ability of children with autism in different fields.3.in case study,the formulation of IEP needs to be based on a comprehensive assessment,and the therapist needs to clearly grasp the existing and development needs of the cases.The setting and evaluation of IEP long-term goals and short-term goals must follow the principles of rationality,tightness and pertinence.4.The process of IEP formulation and implementation in this paper is reasonable and effective.
