Research On The Intervention Of Social Work In The Families Of Children With Autism From The Perspective Of Preponderance

Loneliness is the eternal fear of mankind.There is a group of children,they live in their own world,with their own unique way of communication and behavior,but not with the mainstream of world integration,so parents have to spend the high tuition fees to help them return to the lives of ordinary people,but the rehabilitation effect,so parents are under great economic pressure and psychological pressure.They are autistic children,and their families are called autistic children's families.The autistic children's family,as a special group,has attracted more and more attention from the outs ide world.Help ing autistic children return to social life has become the ultimate goal of family involvement for autistic children.This study through interviews on some cases of autistic children from the family,the family economic situation,parents and family members of the internal pressure and the relationship between family and social support and family of children hope for the future of the five aspects of semi-structured in-depth interviews with parents,the action research method on the basis of this,a social organization Changchun the development of autism social work service as the basis,the use of case work,group work and community work,study in the reflection in the process of practice,through the reflection on the adjustment of actions in the next step.By the advantage of perspective of social work practice model,help the family mining advantages and resources,improve the ability to resist the family d ifficulties,difficulties,to help families with autistic children to restore its social function,promote autistic children and families to better integrate into society.In the process of practice,the reflection of the action research,this paper proposes that using the advantage of perspective of autistic children social work should be carried out from the following four aspects: first,in the process of social work practice to participate in children's daily life,the ability to find,appreciation and affirmation of family members with daily chores show;second.By providing positive information,discuss with parents of children can exploit resources;third,by discovering and training of family members,family members increased power,enhanced family members self-efficacy;fourth,to pay attention to the application of informal support for families of children with autism,a family of autistic children helping system.The innovation of this research lies in: first,this study used the advantage perspective to study the families of children with autism,breaking the social work from the perspective of traditional solutions,the strengths and resources of mining service object ins ide,realize social work "win-win" goal;second,to the "family" of children with autism as a whole as the research object,emphasizing the who le family's growth and change influence on the social integration of children with autism.
