Practical Research On The Use Of Natural Materials In Small Class Art Activities

In the paper,the author found that junior classes of children can not interact deeply with materials when using natural materials for art activities through the observation of the use of natural materials in junior class art activities.The reasons for this phenomenon include:the limitations of the natural material itself,the lack of time and space for art activities,the limited experience of small children and the lack of teacher-related aspects.Therefore,according to the actual situation of small children's art activities,the author chooses the appropriate natural materials and classifies them,which is divided into vegetables and fruits,animal plants,material materials and living materials.Through the form of cases to show children in the operation of the process,in the adjustment of delivery methods,timing and other aspects to be described,summed up the way natural materials and materials fit.It puts forward the feasible recommendations for teacher:Firstly,to pay attention to children's life experience,and to choose with the matching of natural materials,the use of social,family,garden and other resources to collect;Secondly,follow the child's interest,age characteristics,experience level of the provision of natural materials,and in the activities of children to have more freedom to explore the opportunity of materials;Thirdly,to provide natural,free,safe,relaxed,situational space for small class children;Fourth,the reasonable intervention with teachers and with peer strength,to improve children's operating skills,and to enrich the experience of young children to support children with bold natural materials for artistic creation.
