A Case Study Of The Development Status Of Private Children's Art Education Institutions

The current research on children's art education more about school education and less attention is paid to children's art education outside school.This study is based on this issue.Starting from the children's art education institution,the N city Z children's art education institution is selected as a case study object.This study uses interviews,questionnaires,and observations to investigate the status,causes,and problems of the organization.Through parents' questionnaires and interviews with teachers,non-participatory observation,researcher is able to describe the curriculums,teachers,children and parents.The status quo is partly distorted by the situation of students in the running situation and the four parts of the course.It shows that the Z institution has been continuously optimized with the social ecological environment and has been developing in a healthy manner.We hope to achieve both a high-quality education and a profitable win-win situation.In the part of the analysis,the researcher explored the sound development of non-government of non-government children's fine arts education institutions from four aspects:the development of private education,the use of college resources,and the transformation of parents and teachers.Through the comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the Z organization,there are currently three issues in the Z organization:polarization of course quality,rigorous management of part-time teachers,and lack of firmness of ideas.Finally,the researcher made suggestions from three aspects:society,institution itself,and parents.On the social front,the researchers made suggestions from the national and social circles for their attention and support,and media publicity.The institution itself puts forward that educational institutions need to be positioned correctly and have the correct view of education.In terms of family,the researchers put forward suggestions on establishing a scientific view of art education and paying attention to the role of parents in children's art education.
