In 1943,Kana put forward the "infantile autism" concept, and since then, people began to study this mysterious disease. A large amount of literature appeared in this field during the past 60 years. Since Tao Guotai diagnosed the four cases of children with autism for the first time in 1982, the autism has aroused the attention of scholars in our country. Chinese scholars studied the autism theory from the biology, the behavior, cognition and rehabilitation education perspectives. While empirical studies on children with autism mainly included two aspects:one was about autistic children themselves, such as clinical study, the diagnosis and assessment of autistic children, the establishment of the localization intervention and evaluation model, the other is about the family needs of autistic children. This was an empirical study about the educational intervention on autistic children, which used observation, interviews and other methods to implement a case study on the 8-month educational intervention of the six autistic children in rehabilitation institution of Shenzhen City aiming at exploring the intervention outcomes about the application behavior analysis, sensory integration therapy, interpersonal relationships intervention for autistic children and the influencing factorsThrough 8 months of the intervention, six children have achieved varying degrees of progress:two children got into the regular nursery school, while other children also made progress in all aspects. Diagnostic evaluations indicated that it was easier for children to make greater progress in simple self-concept, eye contact, simple imitation, simple language comprehension, identification, motor performance, gross motor, eating and self-care. While they got less progress In interpersonal relationships, performance activities, sound imitation, vocal organ motion. Viewing from the behavior of autistic children, it is easy to change the behavior of autistic children, while it is the most difficult to change their language and social interaction.Analysis on the educational intervention process on six autistic children, the intervention environment, the implementation teachers indicated that there was a lack of appropriate assessment before intervention and professional shortage during intervention. Besides, the following aspects also influenced the intervention:the professional level of the intervention teachers, the choice of educational content and settings, the working pressure of teachers.Through comprehensive analysis of these issues, this paper gave several suggestions: strengthening professional training on special education teacher by the government support; increasing the number of teachers to increase the intervention time for children; using parental involvement model flexibly; creating the media to strengthen the link between health care, education, psychological disciplines.
