The school's caring moral atmosphere refers to the norms,values,and the extent that these norms and values are shared by students,which controls the relation between the school personnel and students,and in this process,the people of caring meet the reasonable needs of others through actions and they also get the response.This study is to survey the present situation of the school' caring moral atmosphere at stage of junior middle school,to analyze the problems and the reasons,and to explore the construction strategy of the school' caring moral atmosphere.In this study,the survey questionnaire and the interview method are used.Questionnaire survey select the first grade and the second grade of junior high school students in 12 grades in three middle schools in Shandong province.The study concludes 550 questionnaires,the actual recycling effective questionnaires is 548 questionnaires,the effective rate of questionnaires is 99.64%.The interviewing objects conclude two principals of junior middle school,two teachers in charge,and nine junior middle school students.It is found that the following problems exist about the school's caring moral atmosphere.Firstly,the degree of shared care values of the students need to be improved.Secondly,students are lack of awareness about understanding,respect,help from the teacher in junior middle school.Thirdly,the villages and towns middle school students' perception of school caring moral atmosphere is lower obviously than urban middle school students.Fourthly,the boy's perception level of the school caring moral atmosphere is significantly lower than girls.Fifthly,the first grade students' performance in respect teachers,love the collectivity and the understanding is less than the second grade students.The sixth,the school caring moral atmosphere of the students who think their study is not good is lower than the others.The seventh,the school caring moral atmosphere of the students who is general than the others.This paper draws a conclusion the construction of the strategy on the school caring moral atmosphere at stage of junior middle school.Firstly,through the example and the exercise method,establishing and internalizing the student's caring values.Secondly,the teachers implement the exercise-oriented,persuasion and reward and punishment means secondary care education,and enhance the junior high school students' perception of understanding,respecting and the help.Thirdly,give full play to the cultivation of the educational situation,and strengthen the construction of campus caring culture.Fourthly,the teacher should enhance the level of attention to boys,and increase the positive feelings of the boys about the school's caring moral atmosphere.Fifthly,through the cooperation between home and school,helping students adapt to class' s life and school's life as soon as possible.The sixth,teachers should provide equal opportunities for all students,including students with poor achievements.The seventh,the class teacher should improve the degree of democracy and fairness of all students' participating in class management to the most extent.
