With the continuous development of social economy,the community more and more attention to the training and appointment of talents.Colleges and universities as a base for training talents,how to better promote the higher education of our country's comprehensive strength and international competitiveness,realize the sustainable development,to keep people and people,encourage people of purpose.This requires not only in Colleges and universities the realization of teaching,scientific research,service and other aspects of the balance,and the work of colleges and universities also put forward higher requirements for the performance of power management.The development of universities,teachers are the core of the development of colleges and universities.Through the optimization of scientific and effective performance management system,mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers,to achieve high quality The amount and mode of higher education sustainable.In S the construction of local application oriented high level university as "13th Five-Year"under the background of teachers' performance management optimization is more important.In this paper,the performance management based on the theory of performance management and assessment methods,related issues at home and abroad on the performance management of university teachers in terms of successful experiences and methods are stated,show the feasibility of the S University Teachers' performance management optimization.Then based on S current teacher performance management system research,found that the teachers' performance management system the school has the target content is not comprehensive,too general;performance assessment of long span of time,and did not form a complete evaluation system;managers and teachers are lack of a series of problems such as communication,has been unable to meet the sustainable development of the University.According to the demand of S S University Teachers The design of performance appraisal indicators management status of multi angle and by means of expert interviews,observation and other methods to optimize the actual balance,fair,scientific and reasonable performance management system for teachers.The mission and strategic goals of S university to close together.This paper provides a case study in theory for the optimization of the performance management system in Colleges and universities;in practice,hope that through the optimization of S performance management system of teachers in Colleges and universities,has a certain reference significance and guidance to other universities and non-profit organizations.
