Class ending,a part of teaching activities,is the concluding part functioning as the conclusion of knowledge,sublimation of students' emotion and cultivation of students' thinking.Many researchers do research on the implication,types and functions of class ending,providing theoretical basis for the optimization of moral education in high school.This essay based on previous theories,expected to create thoughtful,characteristic class ending,deals with systematic study of class ending moral education in high school via various ways,such as literature research,questionnaire survey,observation and so on.Firstly,the essay crystallizes the implication,types and functions of class ending in moral education by coming relevant theories and combining the STANDARD OF THE HIGH SCHOOL IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL CURRICULUM.Secondly,this essay applies questionnaire and interviewing to investigate the present situation of class ending in several high schools in Jiangsu Province.The survey concludes that there are lots of problems existing in moral education of high school,such as delaying classes,lack of interaction and shortage of innovation,and analyzes the reasons for the problems from objective and subjective perspectives.Lastly,the essay,combining excellent cases of class teaching,concludes the rules and strategies in moral education in high schools.From the principle of class ending,teachers should obey the rules of echo and interlocking to realize the connection of every links,obey the rule of proper relaxation to create an effective class ending wih lasting appeal,obey the rule of unity of form and spirit to consolidate the contents of moral education,adding to theoretic foundation of this subject,obey the rules of student-based idea and self-directed learning to realize moral accomplishment of pupils in class ending,and obey the rules of property and creativeness.From the strategy of ending class,teachers should take practicable measures to improve their skills of class ending,enhancing the actual effects of moral education.
