Research On Student Management Legalization In Private Colleges Under The Background Of Governing School By Law

Over the past twenty years,under the background of great development of higher education in our country,the private higher education obtained the considerable development and become an important part of the cause of higher education in China.It gradually become an important option for people to accept higher education..The number of private colleges and students are increased year by year,people's demand for private higher education is growing.However,due to the short development history of private colleges,under the existing education system,the private higher education of our country is still at a relatively special stage of development.Students in private universities and colleges also have some certain particularities which were embodied in the process of private colleges and universities student management.Such particularities are regarded as private colleges identity,the legal relationship between private colleges and students,the content of invasion of private colleges students' legitimate rights and interests,and the current situation of student management in private colleges and universities has its common places and special parts with public schools.Therefore,under the background of governing school by law,in order to protect the students'legitimate rights and interests and advance the standardization and scientization on students'education and management,student management in public colleges and universities should be legalized while student management in private ones should be as well.In this paper,from the perspective of the special subject,the feasibility of student management legalization in private colleges has been demonstrated,with which the problems and causes have been analyzed.The realization of the non-governmental university student management legalization was put forward from these aspects as follows:the attribution and identity of private colleges,legal relation with students and entity responsibility in student management,the cultivation of law consciousness,the perfection of management system and procedures and rights relief system in private colleges.
