| Today,with the development of Internet technology,the channels of students’ access to knowledge are very rich,are not limited to the physical classroom.Based on the traditional classroom instruction teaching,Flipped Classroom is used to realize the adjustment and restructuring of the teaching link,producer or the teaching step by using various new Internet teaching tools,furthermore,realize the organizational transformation of learning and teaching,teachers and students,in-class and out-class,teaching and self-learning,etc.Based on the advantages and characteristics of the SPOC platform and Flipped Classroom,combined the current teaching situation of Communication Principles in universities,and by the analysis of the teaching of communication principle curriculum objectives,the main teaching content,learning etc.,the teaching model of "One-Two-Two-Three–Three-Four" is constructed based on the SPOC platform of communication principles in universities,namely,a center,two subjects,two evaluation,three platforms,three links,four interactions,and "Three links" is as the main lines to elaborate the concrete contents of the model.Then,the Communication Principle course is taken as an example,the model is put into practice,then from the five dimensions of "Learner expectation,Curriculum Management,Learning Environment,perceived quality,perceived value",a questionnaire survey was conducted on the satisfaction of two Grade 2014 junior students who adopted SPOC flipping classroom teaching.Through the interviews with teachers and some students,this paper summarizes and analyzes the influence and effect of SPOC flipping classroom teaching mode,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.So as to provide a reference for the teaching reform of communication principle and the research of flipping classroom teaching in colleges and universities.By studying the design and application of the Flipped Classroom teaching model based on SPOC platform,we find that the teaching model helpfuls to realize learner-centered,to deepen learning,to develop students’ comprehensive ability,and can realize pluralistic and procedural evaluation. |
