Social work supervision is an important part of the professional development of social work.Due to professional social work development relatively late in China,the development of professional social work practice is in constant localization in the process of exploration,the supervision system of social work only in Shenzhen,Guangzhou and other large government support,social work development pilot place set up early,then gradually imitated by other cities.However,in Beijing and other cities,social work supervision system has not been established so far,due to the limitations of social workers starting late.Along with the social work social workers to erosion,and the social work profession to specialization,professionalization,localization,set up a local social work is widely used within the bounds of the steering system is particularly important.In this study,some social work institutions in Shenzhen and Beijing were used as examples to compare the social work supervision mode of social workers.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background,the research question and the significance of research,and provides direction for the research.Moreover through literature review,the study of current situation of the development of social work supervision,including social work practice in supervision and social work organization supervision,the supervision of the social work model research of carding and reviewed in this paper,the present situation and the research of clarifying social work supervision,emphasis to review and summarize the domestic existing supervision mode.The second chapter explains the theoretical framework and research methods of the whole thesis.This study selects constructivism as the analysis theory of full text.In this study,qualitative research methods were used to obtain data through literature method and semi-structured interview method.By using comparative analysis method,the collation and analysis of interview materials were completed to lay a foundation for the research.The purpose of the study is to sample the target sampling method.The study conducted interviews with supervisors and supervisors of 10 social work institutions in Shenzhen and 6 social work institutions in Beijing.Among them,Shenzhen supervised 7,5 female 2 male;6 junior supervisors and 1 intermediate supervisor.Beijing supervised 6,3 female 3 male.Shenzhen is supervised by 8,7 female 1 male;Beijing is supervised by 3,2 female 1 male;The supervisor is not one-to-one with the supervisor.The interview covers basic information of interviewees,understanding of supervision,interaction between the two parties,supervision work content and evaluation of supervision situation.Chapters 3 through 5 are the main parts of the study.In chapter 3,through the analysis of the interview materials,the author makes a comparative study on the four aspects of supervising subject,supervision mode,supervision content and supervision relationship,and summarizes their characteristics respectively.Thus,refining induce social work supervision model,namely Shenzhen embodied in supervision main body structure layer of ladder type,rank,standardized supervision way,the supervision content integrated type and supervising relations professional explicit power and responsibility"Institutionalized social work supervision model".Beijing embodied in horizontal supervision main body composition,authority,and supervise the way to democracy,supervision content distributed and supervising relations not relative,natural relaxed "Non-institutionalized social work supervision model".Chapter 4 according to the characteristics of both social work supervision in four aspects,and combining with interview data and on the basis of data analysis,summed up the experience of social workers in Shenzhen and Beijing to supervise patterns and problems,and analyzes the cause of problem.Chapter 5 is the conclusion of the whole thesis.Through the development experience of two kinds of social work supervision models in Shenzhen and Beijing,this paper provides some suggestions for the establishment of a nationwide professional supervision system of social work.Finally,reflect on the limitations of this study.
