Research background:High school students are in a critical period of physiological and psychological development.They are subject to learning problems.Social,schools,families,and individuals have various pressures,leading to multiple psychological problems such as anxiety.Physical activity and sleep quality are classic indicators for prediction anxiety.At present,research shows that my country’s high school students have low physical activity levels,and physical activity is an effective means to improve the anxiety of high school students;high school students have poor sleep quality,and the decline in sleep quality will lead to an increase in anxiety.In the past research,only the relationship between the physical activity,sleep quality and anxiety of high school students,rarely combined the three to conduct research.Based on the above,high school students have improved their physical activity,improved sleep quality,and preventing anxiety is urgent.Objective of the study:To explore the relationship between physical activity,sleep quality and anxiety in high school students,to propose and validate a model of the mediating role of sleep quality in physical activity affecting anxiety in high school students,and to provide a practical way for physical exercise to improve the current situation of anxiety in high school students under the current situation where anxiety is prevalent.Research objects and methods:(1)Horizontal research:Take layered sampling methods.Among the senior high school students in each school,about 300 men and women high school students are selected.At the same time The International Sports Volume Table(IPAQ short volume),Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)and a wide range of anxiety disorder(GAD-7),a total of 40,000 questionnaires were issued.After screening It was 91.4%,and finally selected 32974 valid questionnaires after screening,with an effective rate of 90.2%.Statistical analysis is used with statistical analysis software SPSS26.0.First of all,the physical activity,sleep quality and anxiety situation of high school students are described and statistics;secondly,the deck test and single factor variable analysis are performed on different population learning variables;The relationship between the two or two;finally,the Mode14 model in the SPSS macro program Process 4.0 is used to analyze and test the intermediary effects of the intermediary effect of high school students’ anxiety.(2)Vertical research:recruit 80 high school students in the Tianjiabing Senior High School in Changzhou City,randomly distributed into the experimental group and control group,each group of 40,including 22 boys in the experimental group,18 girls,19 boys in the control group,21 girls.Adopt the cross-experiment design of 2(pre-testing,post-test)X2(experimental group,control group),and conducts a middle-intensity exercise intervention of 12 weeks,2 times a week,and 45 minutes each time.Among them The sports combination can be trained,and the control group is only conducting badminton.Before the experiment starts,the method of independent sample T test is used to ensure that the baseline levels of the two sets of variables are consistent,and the experiment is carried out.After the experiment,the relevant data is collected,and the method of repeated measurement variance analysis is used to determine whether the motion intervention is valid.Finally,the same method is used for intermediary model inspection to verify horizontal research.Findings:(1)Physical activity levels of high school students were classified as low(N=12003),medium(N=13318),and high(7653),and sleep quality(5.546±2.904)and anxiety(5.977±4.769)were at the medium level.(2)High school students’ physical activity differed significantly in gender(χ2=514.92,p<0.01),grade(χ2=108.58,p<0.01)and whether they were only children(χ2=37.017,p<0.01);sleep quality differed significantly in gender(F=109.657,p<0.01)and whether they were only children(F=107.147,p<0.01);anxiety differed significantly by gender(F=162.259,p<0.01),place of birth(F=7.134,p<0.01)and whether or not they were only children(F=155.148,p<0.01).(3)There was a negative correlation between physical activity and anxiety(r=-0.052,p<0.01),a negative correlation between physical activity and sleep quality(r=-0.053,p<0.01),and a positive correlation between sleep quality and anxiety(r=0.442,p<0.01).(4)After the exercise intervention,the physical activity,sleep quality and anxiety levels of high school students in the experimental group improved,and the improvement was higher than that of the control group.(5)The results of the mediated model effect analysis and test for sleep quality twice showed that physical activity could indirectly improve high school students’anxiety by improving sleep quality,and the proportion of the mediated effect to the total effect was 54.53%and 55.29%,respectively.Conclusions:(1)The low physical activity and medium level of high school students accounted for relatively high levels of sleep.The quality of sleep is relatively high and the medium level is relatively high.The level of anxiety and anxiety and minor anxiety accounted for relatively high levels.(2)High school students’ physical activity can significantly improve sleep quality and anxiety,and sleep quality has the effect of intermediary effects in improving anxiety in physical activity.
