With the development of China's economy,and with the development of our society,the party and government attach great importance to the improvement of per capita income in rural areas and the improvement of education degree.However,in general,the income of rural areas is generally lower than that of urban areas,and rural areas are generally lagged behind urban areas by BBB 0.Therefore,how to promote and implement precise poverty alleviation in the country,help the rural population out of poverty and at the same time,improve their level of education,to the benign interaction and promote poverty reduction and education,to economic and social development in rural areas has very important practical significance.Based on 2014 Chinese families track(CFPS)data,using the method of quantile regression(QR),on the premise of setting the control variable,the empirical analysis of the education degree of impact on the income of urban and rural residents.The results showed that education was positively correlated with the income of urban and rural residents.Quantile regression result,the education to the urban low-income,middle-income country residents influence more prominent,the more low-income people,the lower the level of education is,the higher the level of education of the residents,and often have a relatively high income,so the education for rural surplus labor transfer,or simply increase revenue,make the effective measures for poor people to escape poverty;At the same time,education and health had a more significant impact on low-income groups under the poverty line.According to the result of the analysis,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions in combination with the national targeted poverty alleviation policy.First,promote the equitable development of the obligation education and improve the cultural literacy of low-income residents in urban and rural areas;Second,we should accelerate the development of education and expand the employment channels for urban and rural residents.Third,set up the correct view of education and give full play to the subjective initiative of low-income people to get rich.Fourthly,developing rural remote education market and promoting the benign interaction between education and poverty alleviation.
