Research On The Individual Professional Development Of Teachers In The "Internet +" Era

Teachers,as the numbers of professional groups,apply their certain professional knowledge,skills,and education teaching methods to teaching practice.As the disseminator and imparter of knowledge,teachers need to expand their own professional knowledge,skills,and concept constantly in order to adapt to the update and development of knowledge.Nowadays,society develops rapidly on the background of internet in information age and technologic skills,which grow day by day,has been penetrated inside and outside the class.It brings teachers new opportunities and challenges not only in the teaching methods and concepts,but also in the teachers’ knowledge acquisition and update.Teachers should realize that how important it is to make good use of these technologies to their education teaching activities and solutions of complicated teaching problems.This thesis,combined with author’s own education experiences and feelings in near a decade,mainly explores the impacts brought by information age on traditional teaching and find out the corresponding measures for teachers,teaching and research team as well as schools.The results will be presented in three aspects.As for teachers,they should put more attentions to their self-developments and ascends.Besides,they should set up the consciousness of self-active learning and lifelong learning.In the aspect of teaching and research teams,data mining,the consciousness and the ability of collection,use and analysis must be the cores of research.For schools,more good external conditions for teacher’professional development should be provided in the aspect of school culture,targeting training,information technology and so on.
