Chinese has entered the elective or compulsory courses in primary and secondary schools of Thailand,but traditional teaching modes are not suitable for Thai pupils who are lively and active.Game teaching method is consonant with those features because it uses many games to stimulate students’ interest in study.This article discusses how to use game teaching method in Chinese-teaching of Thai pupils.In this paper,the author reorganizes the theoretical knowledge related to game teaching method according to the results of the forefathers,and discusses the feasibility and advantages of using this method through explanation of Chinese teaching current situation in Thailand and teaching school.After that,the author practices classroom games which are from training,network resources and designed by herself,and finds some classroom games which are effective and suitable for primary students in Thailand with analyzing problems and enhancing the game rules.At the same time,the author gives a detailed description of the problems in the use of game teaching method for Thai primary students and puts forward some corresponding solutions with her own teaching experience.
