Physical concepts,regular and physics experiment teaching and exercises teaching are the three main parts of physics teaching.In the physical exercise class,the teacher explains the examples,and the students aim at improving the foundation,expanding the knowledge,summing up the laws,forming skills and tricks,and improving the quality of physics learning.It is a highly targeted teaching form that strengthens the student's knowledge and skills and helps them improve their ability to analyze,synthesize,and solve problems.The teacher's reasonable choice of examples in the exercises can not only improve the efficiency of the exercises,but also liberate the students from overweight exercises.Excellent teachers are experts in selection of samples.However,this type of experience is often expressed as meaningless,The purpose of this study is to organize,quantify,and program the excellent experience of selecting examples,to obtain an objective and actionable method of selecting,and to achieve the goal of high-quality example selection without experience.This study first collated,analyzed,and standardized the indicators for exercises example selection,then quantified the indicators such as “difficulty,” “typicality,”“multiple solutions to one problem,” and “extensibility,” and proposed a programmatic selection method: the four-step topic selection.In our method,the exercise should be segmented by their difficulty at first.Then the exercises should be selected from different segments while they are classic.In the third step,the priority weight of the selected examples is calculated.At last,those examples,which have high weight and cover all the knowledge of the chapter,will be selected as the examples of the exercises..Finally,this method was applied to the review of chapter “Electrostatic Field” to select examples,and the selected examples were tested in the classroom in Guyuan City.The tangible test shows that the examples selected by the method presented in this paper have improved the passing rate of the experimental group by 7% compared with the same level control group,and the average score is 2.9 points higher.
