Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Campus Safety Management In Xinjiang Private Higher Vocational Colleges

A safe and stable campus environment is the basis for students to study safely,campus security and stability,need to improve the campus security management system to maintain.At present,there are many shortcomings in the safety management of colleges and universities in our country,especially in private higher vocational colleges.Because of the shortcomings of the quality of students,funds and teachers,rules and regulations,the society pays more attention to the campus'safety management of private higher vocational colleges.In view of this,on the basis of summarizing the related concepts and theories of campus safety management,this paper takes Xinjiang XX Vocational Technical College as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the development history,organizational structure,distribution of teachers and students,campus safety management organization,and from property safety,personal safety,psychological safety three aspects.The current situation of Xinjiang XX Vocational Technical College's campus safety management is summarized.Second,taking Xinjiang XX Vocational Technical College as the research object,using statistical survey data to analyze private.The current situation and problems of campus management in Colleges and universities.This paper investigates the organizational structure,the distribution of faculty and staff,and the distribution of students in Xinjiang XX Vocational Technical College.This paper expounds the campus safety management from five aspects:public security prevention management organization,fire safety management organization,student safety education management organization,logistics security management organization,information network security management organization.Then,it analyzes the present situation of campus safety in Xinjiang XX Vocational Technical College from the aspects of property safety management,personal safety management and psychological safety management,and analyzes some drawbacks of campus safety management in Xinjiang XX Vocational Technical College with two interview cases.Finally,it points out that there is safety in campus safety management in Private Colleges and universities.Security departments have low trust,security exercises are not implemented in place,security measures are single,information network security can not be guaranteed,information network security management agencies.Third,combined with the interview text information,further analysis of the factors affecting the safety management of private colleges and universities.Specifically,from the four factors of safety management team,safety management system,students themselves,external environment,this paper analyzes the factorsaffecting the campus safety management of private colleges and universities.In terms of safety management team,first of all,although the school leaders of Xinjiang XX Vocational Technical College have always emphasized the importance of campus safety,they do not attach much importance to the actual implementation.Secondly,the number of campus safety administrators in Xinjiang XX Vocational Technical College is insufficient.Third,the overall quality of security personnel in Xinjiang XX Vocational Technical College is not high,mainly reflected in the academic level.It is relatively low,lack of professional language and problem solving ability,and uneven personal accomplishment and moral quality.In terms of safety management system,most of the current rules and regulations of many private colleges and universities are formalized,and many students break the rules and regulations of the university.The college did not punish the students according to the school regulations,which further increased the students'arrogance,and did not think that their behavior affecting the campus safety is serious,thus causing more serious campus safety accidents.Fourthly,through international comparison,this paper enumerates the characteristics and experience of campus safety management in the United States,Britain and Hong Kong,which can be used as a reference for campus safety management in private colleges in China.Fifthly,in view of the present situation of campus safety and the problems existing in campus safety management in private colleges,this paper puts forward the suggestions of strengthening the construction of campus safety management team in private higher vocational colleges,establishing a long-term mechanism of safety education,improving the safety literacy of College students,eliminating the influence of undesirable factors outside school,perfecting and perfecting the safety legal system and system of private higher vocational colleges.Suggestions on the construction and establishment of safety warning and emergency response mechanism in Colleges and universities.
