Research On Strategies And Problems Of Teaching Management In Private Higher Vocational Colleges

Private Higher Vocational Colleges in China is the important subject that trains high technical talents, the teaching management process affects the scientific and effective personnel training goals. At present, domestic and foreign research on teaching management is mainly about the teaching management of public vocational colleges. The research on teaching management of private higher vocational colleges is quite less. The efficiency of management of private higher vocational education quality and the school, it is important to enhance the teaching management of private higher vocational colleges. This study takes the teachers and the students of Technical College A as the research object, the research of method includes questionnaire survey, interviews and other methods ect. And it discusses the existing problems of teaching management in private higher vocational colleges, as well as the cause of the existence of these the problem, and put forward some suggestions to improve the teaching quality management in private higher vocational colleges.The results show that the teaching management of private higher vocational colleges has the following several problems:one is the existing teaching management team, the professional teaching management personnel shortage, the level of business management personnel to improve teaching, teaching management personnel mobility, teaching management team service consciousness; two is the professional personnel training program the problem that professional talent training scheme, lack of scientific and normative, change the professional personnel training program; three is the existence of teaching management rules and regulations, which is part of the teaching management regulations exist, teaching management rules and regulations of the lack of scientific rigor, teaching management rules and regulations of the popularity is not high; the four is the existence of process the problem of teaching management, teaching process management is lack of pertinence and effectiveness of teaching management process, a mere formality; five is the teaching management system Problems of the system, namely, the teaching management system is not perfect, the lack of professional personnel management.Leading to the main reason of private vocational colleges teaching management problems in three aspects:one is the reason of the subject of teaching management, management concept dislocation, backward management concept, administrative management is greater than democratic management, ignore the professional development of teaching management staff; Two is the reason of the process of teaching management, teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system is not perfect, management system implementation is difficult, teaching management information construction lag; three is the reason of the management function of the teaching department at all levels:supervision of the subject and object dislocation, the mode of supervision is single, the teaching management function of the teaching and research section has not been fully played.In order to solve the existing problems in private higher vocational colleges teaching management, improving the level of teaching management, this study proposes some suggestions and countermeasures as follows:Firtstly it is the innovation of teaching management, teaching management towards higher quality, namely the implementation of fine teaching management, full participation in the process of teaching management, teaching reform and innovation of management methods and means, give full play to the teaching management departments at all levels. Secondly it is to improve the security conditions of teaching management, improve teaching management effectiveness and efficiency, through the establishment of the teaching management mechanism, optimize the allocation of teaching resources, formulate scientific and strict management rules and regulations, improving the management system. Thirdly it is to strengthen the construction of teaching management team, improve the teaching management efficiency and the management level, to build a stable and high-quality teaching management team, pay attention to stimulate the teaching management personnel’s work enthusiasm, fully adjustable The enthusiasm of the management, enhance humanistic care for the teaching administrators, but also to reform the examination method. Fourthly it is to strengthen the basic construction of teaching management, improve teaching management is scientific and effective, that is to strengthen the construction of professional characteristics, strengthening the construction of courses, strengthen the school internship training base and management.
