Private higher vocational colleges and universities,as part of China's higher education,aim to cultivate practical and applied talents,and implement the mechanism of integration of production and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises,integration of engineering,and integration of knowledge and practice.In recent years,with the rapid development of higher education,the enrollment scale of private higher vocational colleges and universities has been expanding,new disciplines and new majors have emerged,and more demand has been put forward for laboratory venues.Each private higher vocational college has to meet teaching needs.New construction and reorganization of laboratory construction.The laboratory is an important base for school teaching,scientific research activities and service to the society.It is also the main practice place for cultivating students 'practical ability,scientific innovation thinking and scientific research results.A good laboratory needs not only scientific,forward-looking and social development requirements to formulate laboratory construction plans.It should also have excellent hardware conditions,first-class management standards and high-quality high-level laboratory teams.Whether laboratory construction and management of private higher vocational colleges and universities are changing with the times will directly affect the development of school teaching and scientific research.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen laboratory construction and management.Taking A school as an example,this paper studies and analyzes the laboratory equipment management in private vocational colleges.Through the data reference,we understand the current direction of personnel training in the country,and clearly determine the importance of experimental teaching in personnel training in higher vocational colleges.The author has been working in laboratory management for four years and is deeply influenced by laboratory management.For now.The research direction of laboratory equipment management in China is mainly based on laboratory equipment management methods.It is proposed that the use of information management methods can improve management capabilities,but the research onlaboratory equipment management problems is incomplete.The author passes the work practice and investigation results.The reason of the problem of laboratory management is not only the backward management methods,but also the system construction and the management of managers.The improvement of management methods alone can not improve laboratory management problems.The author discusses and surveys the teachers and students of A school with laboratory management.Through the research and analysis of people,equipment,and institutions,he understands the current situation of laboratory management in private higher vocational colleges.At present,laboratory management methods in private higher vocational colleges are backward.There are problems in the management system.Lack of technical quality and comprehensive knowledge of laboratory management.According to the investigation of the problem,the reasons for the problem of laboratory management are: the lack of a sound laboratory system in higher vocational colleges leads to the disjointed laboratory management work,the lack of leadership attention,the dominant management concepts and means,the lack of skills of laboratory managers,and the lack of self-awareness.Insufficient investment in continuing education and other reasons.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons in the survey results,combined with the experience and management problems in the work,the author formulates suggestions for related laboratory management,puts forward laboratory management strategies,optimizes laboratory management,and focuses on strengthening leadership attention and improving laboratory system construction.We will increase incentives and penalties for laboratory managers,put forward information management tools for laboratories,improve management efficiency,establish a long-term and effective rating mechanism for laboratory administrators and teacher-student training mechanisms,and strengthen the quality and skills of laboratory managers.In the end,the state of laboratory management is a healthy circular management.
