The level of professionalism of kindergarten teachers is a key factor affecting the quality of early childhood education.As an important faculty of the kindergarten,backbone teachers play an important role in leading and supporting the education quality of kindergartens.However,in the actual work of the kindergarten,the backbone teachers with certain working experience and abilities usually adopt the way of laissez-faire growth without effective measures to lead the professional development of the backbone teachers,thus affecting the professional belief of the backbone teachers and their professional development.Therefore,the study mainly adopts the methods of literature,observation and interview.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theoretical results,this study takes the backbone teachers in Luo Xiao Hong preschool education studio in Changsha city as the research objects,and goes deep into the famous teacher studio to conduct the field investigation of teacher's professional development community.Through observations and interviews with backbone teachers in the studio,observing the professional development of the backbone teachers and the specific work of the famous teachers'studio,consulting the corresponding information,recording and understanding the whole process of the construction of the professional development community of the backbone teachers in the form of the teacher studio,trying to solve the bottleneck problem of the professional development of the backbone teachers.The thesis makes a rational analysis of the construction experience of the backbone teachers'professional development community in preschool education by using the part to drive the integer,and explores the basic components of the community,the key factors of construction,and the practical methods,in order to provide a certain theory for the construction of the backbone teachers' professional development community,improve the operability in practical applications,and seek a new development perspective for promoting the professional development of teachers in the context of the"Guidelines for 3-6 Years Old Children's Learning and Development".The full text is divided into four parts:The first part mainly analyzes the current professional development of the preschool backbone teachers,the construction of the teacher's professional development community,the background and the existing development of the teacher's studio,and based on the current relevant research results,defines the professional development of the preschool backbone teachers,the development community,and the teacher studio The second part mainly analyzes the connotation of the backbone teacher's professional development community in combination with the current theoretical results,and on this basis,the main characteristics,construction significance and various modes of the backbone teacher's professional development community are analyzed.The third part combines the specific situation of the famous teacher studio to carry out practical research on the construction of the kindergarten backbone teacher's professional development community.Taking Luo Xiao Hong preschool education studio in Changsha city as an example,the background,the key factors,the activity mode of the kindergarten backbone teacher's professional development community were deeply discussed and analyzed.The fourth part is mainly based on the practical analysis of the kindergarten backbone teacher's professional development community,reflecting on the main effects,the problems existing in the construction of the professional development community of backbone teachers in kindergartens,and putting forward reasonable suggestions on clarifying the dynamic mechanism,highlighting the integration mechanism,optimizing the incentive mechanism and improving the guarantee mechanism by combining with the reality of the studio.
