As an important part of basic education and lifelong education, the quality of early education will have a direct impact on follow-up education. The quality of early childhood education depends on the professional development of kindergarten teachers.Therefore, we must improve the professional development of kindergarten teachers to improve the quality of early childhood education,and to lay a solid foundation for basic education and lifelong education. Based on the existing research, this paper investigates a kindergarten by means of literature, questionnaire, interview and other research methods in Wuhan. There may be investigating the basic situation of kindergarten teachers,professionalism, professional knowledge, professional ability, professional development needs and awareness and their problems.The survey shows that the kindergarten teachers lack of professionalism, have low level of teaching,lack of awareness and action,have a low scientific research ability; in the cooperation of kindergarten teachers, kindergarten teachers did not form a learning Community, kindergarten teachers are hierarchical shackles; in the training of kindergarten teachers, the training content and kindergarten teachers demand are inconsistent, the number of kindergarten teacher training varies from the level.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the professional development of kindergarten teachers, the main reasons are as follows: the kindergarten teachers'professional ability is poor, the professional development is not driving; there is insufficient for the supply of early childhood education resources,no expert guidance;the management mechanism of kindergarten is not perfect, kindergarten training is unreasonable. On this basis, there may be strengthening the pre-service education,building a sound kindergarten teacher education system; promoting the independent development of kindergarten teachers; increasing government investment, providing a wealth of early childhood education resources; strengthening expert guidance, the formation of effective expert guidance model; improving the kindergarten management mechanism, and providing rational training.
