Internship is an important aspect of the secondary vocational education,has become a heat in the reform of teaching and a difficulty problem in the Secondary Vocational Education. This internship is subject to many factors, for instance, a popular underpinning phenomenon; absence of the school co-management responsibilities; gaps between school teaching and position requirements; Company reluctantly face the student internship and lack of assistant functions; weakness of the government guide dint degree and relevant internship policies non-implementation. These problems should be solved as soon as possible, because they affect the training program implementation and restricting the development of secondary vocational school. Consequently, this essay will consider many factors and overall various interests on the basis of the systemic research, combing theory and practice to provide feasible solutions to solve those problems that exist at the secondary vocational student's intern in Nanchang.In the first chapter, the origins, significance and situation of topic research were discussed. What is more, it expounded the train of thoughts of the article and the choice of research method. In chapter two defines the vocational student internships. With the key concepts related to theory of multiple intelligences, constructivism, contextual learning theory, Marxist theory of practice, and Kai Hing Steiner, Dewey, Huang Yan Pei, Tao Xing Zhi and others, it also discussed and analyzed the internship education , and provided a practical strategy for vocational students as well as putting forward the positive role. In Chapter three, author adopted the form of combining questionnaire and interview to investigate some enterprises and 08 students who participated in internship part respectively and to interview some Nanchang education authorities and some stakeholders who are responsible for management of post practice in the vocational school. On the other hand, regarded data were collected, rational analysis was acted and the problems of working practice to sort out are classified. In chapter four, up multi-perspective to analyses the secondary vocational school internship problems from students, school, enterprise and government respectively. Chapter Five which united the theoretical research, survey analysis, and reasons carding on the above chapters put forward countermeasures to solve the current secondary vocational school students internships issues.The paper argues that government should to play an guiding role ,Making efforts to establish and improve a mechanism to guarantee the post-internship; student should to raise awareness, actively participate in internship; School should to further improve itself, active in responsibility for supervising and controlling; Enterprise should to actively perform the functions of co-management, create more internship opportunities for students; Society should to actively create an atmosphere of favorable public opinion for good internship, need to give full play to the role of industrial associations ;Promote vocational education and enterprises in Nanchang Industrial Zone and so on. All these actions are hoped to help internship work be effectively and successfully implemented.
