Investigation On The Current Situation Of Disciplinary Violations Of Secondary Vocational Students And Study On Improvement Strategies

With the economic development and progress since China’s reform and opening up,secondary vocational schools began to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality and ability.In today’s all-round implementation of quality-oriented education,schools must pay attention to the management of students’ behavior in terms of educational philosophy,correctly guide students to identify and abide by school and social norms,and serve for national construction.At present,secondary vocational students are in the key period of the formation of values and outlook on life,prone to a variety of disciplinary behavior,disciplinary forms and contents of diversification,how to correctly deal with disciplinary behavior has become the need for teachers and schools to study the subject.This study a school students in yantai city as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,case study method and interview method,in-depth front-line teachers work practice,carry out the present situation of the secondary vocational student misconduct investigation,analyses the reason of secondary vocational students discipline,and then explore to conform to the secondary vocational student’s growth and development regularity indiscipline improvement strategy.This research is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas and methods,definition of core concepts,literature review and theoretical basis of secondary vocational students’ disciplinary behavior,mainly including the research results of disciplinary behavior,why to study and how to study;The second part introduces the process and results of the investigation of the current situation of the students’ violations of discipline in secondary vocational schools,and makes specific research and design schemes to find out the outstanding violations of discipline in secondary vocational schools.The third part introduces the causes of the secondary vocational students’ violation of discipline,and analyzes the causes of all aspects of the secondary vocational students’ violation of discipline.The fourth part introduces the specific improvement strategies to deal with the students’ violations of discipline in secondary vocational schools.It mainly elaborates on how to deal with and deal with the students’ violations of discipline in the actual teaching practice.
