As the core teaching ability of teachers,teachers' classroom teaching ability directly affects teaching efficiency and students' mastery of knowledge ability.The research on teachers' classroom teaching ability evaluation will have extremely important guiding significance for teachers' in-service training and teacher education.However,the evaluation of teachers' classroom teaching ability in various disciplines is using the general evaluation index system,and the scientific nature is obviously insufficient;and the distribution of evaluation index weights is not scientific enough.Therefore,this thesis is to be the construction of the evaluation index system of high school biology teachers' classroom teaching ability.It is hoped that on the basis of a large number of teaching and learning theories,a scientific and effective high school biology teacher classroom teaching ability evaluation index system will be developed and applied through practical application.It is continuously improved,so that it can scientifically and effectively evaluate the classroom teaching ability of biology teachers to boost biology teachers' professional development.First of all,the author explores the classroom teaching ability of teachers through the literature method based on constructivist theory and developmental teacher evaluation theory;Secondly,we analyze the collected videos by using the observation method and initially formulate 18 evaluation indicators.Then we inquire the opinions of the frontline teachers on the relevant questions of the teacher's classroom teaching ability evaluation index by interview method,and then analyze and modify the preliminary 18 evaluation indicators,and determine the evaluation index of the 24 high school biology teachers' classroom teaching ability;Then we assign weights to each indicator and determine the evaluation criteria for high school biology teachers' classroom teaching ability by expert surveys;Finally,evaluate the classroom teaching ability of high school biology teachers through the constructed evaluation index system,and the application results show that the evaluation index system constructed by this study has certain practicability,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the use of the evaluation scale.
