Previous studies on the professional well-being of preschool teachers ignore the uniqueness and particularity of different birth groups in their career development.In this study,through the 70's,80's,90's,three different birth groups of preschool teachers since the entry of major life events carried out a more in-depth study.The research of preschool teachers' professional well-being based on this paradigm can help preschool teachers to recognize their own identity and keep positive in the course of their career development when faced with social and cultural changes.An upward attitude to work and a happy work situation Thoughts provide useful insights.In this study,30 post-70 s,post-80 s and post-90 s preschool teachers from 3 kindergartens in Shenyang were selected as the object of study,and the methods of in-depth interview and the analysis of the influencing factors were carried out.Further explore the relationship between the development track of preschool teachers' professional well-being and life events in preschool teachers' career;The relationship between occupational well-being and social development and cultural changes of preschool teachers.The main contents of the paper are as follows:Chapter 1,of the introduction,respectively from the background of the topic,the significance of the topic and the definition of the relevant core concepts,domestic and foreign preface on preschool teachers' professional well-being is the most basic premise of this study.At the same time,it also determines the basic research perspective and method for this study.Chapter 2,focuses on the research methods and objects of this study.Chapter 3,"the types of career well-being development of preschool teachers in each birth group",analyzes the development track of occupational well-being of preschool teachers in each birth group.Considering the development direction and intensity of professional well-being of preschool teachers in each birth group,it is found that the development track of professional well-being of preschool teachers in the three groups can be divided into three types: twists and turns,gradual upward and upward twists and turns.Gradual downward and wavy downward.In general,there are obvious differences in the orientation of occupational well-being of preschool teachers among the three birth groups,and the development of professional well-being of post-70 s group shows an upward trend;the post-80 s group ofinfants has an upward trend of development.The development of teachers' professional well-being shows a low-level development trend;In the post-90 s group,some post-90 s preschool teachers' track shows a low level and a continuous trend,while some show an upward trend in the development of professional well-being of post-90 s preschool teachers.Chapter 4,"post-70 s,post-80 s,post-90 s,post-90 s preschool teachers' professional well-being development track comparison" part focuses on the 70 post-birth group preschool teachers are mainly distributed in the progressive upward type and twists and turns upward type;Most of the post-80 s preschool teachers distributed in the progressive downward type and the twists and turns down type,and the post-90 s preschool teachers' trajectory form mainly divided into two types of twists and turns upward type and gradual downward type.Judging from the trend of occupational well-being track alone,the development track of professional well-being of post-70 s preschool teachers or post-80 s preschool teachers can be divided into two types: vertical continuous upward type or horizontal fracture type.Chapter 5,focuses on the factors that affect the development of preschool teachers' professional well-being in the analysis of the factors that influence the development of the professional well-being of preschool teachers.From the point of view of life events described by preschool teachers of various birth groups,these factors can be divided into family,kindergarten,and social aspects.The influence of these factors on the development of occupational well-being of preschool teachers in the three birth groups was different.
