Based On The Theory Of Stress Vaccination Training, The Study Of Psychological Counseling For Senior High School Students Learning Pressure Group

This study chooses senior three students as the research object,investigates and analyses the characteristics of their learning pressure,and intervenes the students with higher learning pressure.This study is divided into two parts.The first part is a questionnaire survey on the learning pressure level of the senior three students in a senior high school in Shenyang,which summarizes and analyses the characteristics of the learning pressure of senior three students.In the second part,based on Mackenbaum's theoretical model of pressure vaccination training,according to the characteristics of learning pressure of senior three students,the group psychological counseling intervention program of learning pressure is designed.Two classes with the same academic level and learning stress level in the third grade of senior high school were selected as the experimental group and the control group.Finally,it draws a conclusion.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The students in the third grade of senior high school are under moderately high learning pressure,and there are significant differences in the total scores of stress between men and women,as well as in the dimensions of frustration pressure and self-development pressure.(2)The intervention effect of group counseling in this experiment on the learning pressure of senior high school students in grade three is very significant.The specific manifestation is that the total score of learning pressure and the pressure of all dimensions except self-development pressure are significantly lower than the pretest of the experimental group.(3)The intervention effect of group counseling in this experiment on the learning pressure of the third grade students in senior high school is very significant.The specific manifestation is that the total score of learning pressure and the pressure of all dimensions except self-development pressure and frustration pressure are significantly lower than those of the control group.
