Research On The Structure Of Higher Vocational Education In Heilongjiang Province

Higher vocational education is an educational career which aims at training high skilled applied talents and closely related to regional economic development.The structure of higher vocational education is a comprehensive,and composed of many elements,which has an important influence on the quality,modernization and long-term development of higher vocational education.As an important agricultural province and an old industrial base,Heilongjiang Province has received much attention in higher vocational education,and the reform of higher vocational education is also in the ascendant.However,with the rapid development of Higher Vocational Education,there are also some drawbacks in the structure of it.Therefore,in-depth study of the structure of Higher Vocational Education and analysis of its optimization are of great significance for improving the quality of Higher Vocational education,rational and effective allocation of educational resources,and promoting regional economic development.This study mainly uses the description of statistical methods and case analysis methods.Based on the theory of the relationship between education and economy and the theory of system optimization,his paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the structure of higher vocational education in Heilongjiang Province.Secondly,combined with the statistical data,this paper analyzes the disciplinary,the teacher and the layout,and adds ten typical cases on disciplinary structure and teacher structure to increase the effectiveness.The problems in the structure of higher vocational education in Heilongjiang Province were discovered and and the causes were discussed from various angles.Finally,combined with the actual situation,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to colve it.
