"Coordination" is the internal requirement of modern society development. Education and the economy as an important part of the development of human society, can the harmonious development of the whole society’s prosperity and prosperous play a key role. Economic growth for the development of various undertakings to provide the material foundation and basic guarantee. And the development of education but also has an extremely close relationship with the economy. This close relationship of economic growth will lead to the development of education, in turn, the development of education will also stimulate and promote the development of economy. And higher education as the important part of education, carrying out for the industry and the industry an important task of training talents, the discipline structure is in line with the social demand,especially the needs of the development of the local industry for the development of economy and higher education’s own development is extremely important.Based on the theory of education and economic adaptability and the coordinated development of theoretical basis, based on the reality of xinjiang, analyzed about the present situation of the development of higher education in xinjiang, and by using cointegration model of xinjiang higher education discipline structure and the coordination of industrial structure has carried on the empirical research, and then come to the conclusion and countermeasures are put forward.In this paper, using the method of literature research, measurement, the development of subject structure and industrial structure of xinjiang universities was described, the present situation through the empirical analysis from the Angle of quantitative coordination of higher education discipline structure and industrial structure in xinjiang are studied, and according to the current situation of the higher education discipline structure in xinjiang and the empirical test results to discuss the development of coordination degree and the existing problems, and puts forward the Suggestions and countermeasures to promote the development of the coordination.For the development of higher education discipline structure in xinjiang, this article mainly from two aspects of the scale of education and the education quality were analyzed, and the selection of research on the quality of education education funds investment situation, teachers with situation and current situation of the development of higher education section class representative indicators. The study found that: first, the scale of higher education in xinjiang expanded year by year, but compared with the average growth rate of Chinese education scale, development is still slow; Second, with the development of economy of xinjiang higher education funds increased year by year, but its growth is relatively slow, and xinjiang higher education funds accounted for the proportion of the national education funds is lower; Third, from the point of the development of higher education teachers in xinjiang scale, teachers’ quantity increased year by year, but its growth speed slow student growth.From the structure of teacher education and professional title structure, xinjiang overall level of university teachers is generally in the medium level; Fourth, colleges and universities in xinjiang basic covers the subject setting of other subjects, other than the philosophical and military professional type tends to be complete. Forxinjiang higher education discipline structure and industrial structure of the empirical results show: 1. The economy of xinjiang industrial structure and the ordinary higher education discipline structure exists between the balanced development of long-term relationships, xinjiang higher education discipline structure and there is a coordinated development of the relationship between the industrial structure. 2. The development of higher education interdisciplinary in xinjiang and one-way causal relationship between the growth of economy, trade and industry, the development of higher education discipline structure and optimization in xinjiang is the development of industries in xinjiang, but the development of the industry is not the reason of development of various disciplines in xinjiang. 3. The various disciplines of the corresponding industry has different degrees of promoting function, of each course for the promotion of each industry dynamics and xinjiang and the development of our country’s industrial structure, both present the structure characteristics of the "three, two,one". 4. Compared with the average level in our country, the development of higher education discipline in xinjiang for the promotion of industrial structure development degree is low. Finally, considering the development of higher education in xinjiang present situation and the course structure and the coordination between industrial structure of empirical research, from the scale of education, education funds investment,teacher with such aspects as promoting coordinated development in higher education discipline structure and industrial structure in xinjiang’s Suggestions and countermeasures.This study from the perspective of education, higher education discipline structure in xinjiang and the coordination between industrial structure is analyzed, it is not only beneficial to enrich higher education discipline structure in xinjiang and the study of the theory of the relationship between the industrial structure, but also to promote the discipline construction of higher education in xinjiang. In addition, the problems existing in the development of higher education in xinjiang are analyzed and Suggestions are put forward.
