Research On Crisis Management Of High School Campus Based On 4R Theory

The high school campus is an important place for cultivating and transporting high-quality talents for universities and society.However,frequent campus crisis events have broken the quiet of the school,which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.Establishing and improving the campus crisis management system is a necessary way to prevent and reduce the campus crisis and bring harm to families and society.Based on the questionnaire survey method and interview method,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of high school campus crisis management with high schools of H city as an example,and further analyzes the ideological,institutional and behavioral reasons that lead to the problems of high school campus crisis management.On this basis,under the guidance of Robert Heath's 4R crisis management theory,from the four stages of reduction,readiness,response and recovery,the countermeasures for improving the crisis management of high school campus are put forward.During the reduction stage,the risk reduction work should be carried out,the teacher and student crisis education should be strengthened and the campus infrastructure investment should be increased;During the readiness stage,the campus crisis early warning system should be improved,the campus crisis management plan should be formulated and the campus crisis management team should be optimized;During the response stage,a scientific crisis response mechanism and an effective communication mechanism should be established;During the recovery stage,we should explore peopleoriented recovery measures,improve psychological intervention mechanism and make timely summarization and reflection.
