Research On The Training Of Volunteer Chinese Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools In Thailand

With the vigorous development of Chinese overseas,the number of educational institutions that use Chinese as a foreign language has increased year by year,and the demand for Chinese teachers in China has also increased day by day.At the same time,we should pay more attention to the quality of teachers 'training.Thailand is the country with the largest number of Chinese teacher volunteers.The Chinese teacher volunteers in primary and secondary schools are the most basic groups for the development of overseas Chinese teaching.This study is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.Through the collation and analysis of previous studies,the theory of lifelong education,teacher professional development theory,adult teacher learning theory,and individual teacher knowledge theory are the theoretical basis.The purpose,significance,innovation points and limitations of this study are introduced in detail.The second part is the arrangement analysis of questionnaire and the interview.By means of questionnaires,six aspects of training objectives,training content,trainers,training forms,training time and training effectiveness evaluation of Chinese teachers' volunteers in primary and secondary schools in Thailand were investigated.This paper also analyzes the volunteers returning to China by means of interviews.The third part is the attribution analysis of problems in training.The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in three aspects: macro,middle and micro.In the fourth part,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the training of Chinese teacher volunteer in primary and secondary schools in Thailand from the aspects of the Chinese National Office,training base and individual volunteers.Responding to the "Belt and Road" Language Planning Strategy,and promote further friendly exchanges between China and Thailand.
