Analysis Of The Teaching Situation Of Chinese Volunteers From China To Malaysian Primary And Secondary Schools And Training Suggestions

With the development of China’s economy,more and more foreigners are engaging themselves to study Chinese and experience traditional Chinese culture.Some foreign students also want to hunt for their jobs in China.To disseminate traditional Chinese culture,Chinese government established Confucius institutes to provide Chinese classes.Nowadays,an increasing number of Confucius institutes have established.However,popularizing Chinese is uneasy because the short of good teachers.This problem is common in overseas classes especially in South-east Asia.This thesis focus on professional competence of teaching staff to find out the problems and try to give some advice.The thesis is consist of five part:the first part sets forth the background of my subject,the second part summarizes the circumstances of Malaysia’s primary schools and middle schools,the third part records the information of volunteer teachers,the fourth part analyzes the teaching materials and the fifth part analyzes volunteering teachers’ qualification and the sixth part put forward some suggestions about teacher qualification training.
