With the improvement of people's life quality and health awareness in China,the number of fitness clubs and the number of members shows a steady growth trend,and the popularity of bodybuilding is increasingly obvious.At the same time,China's bodybuilders also shine in the international bodybuilding competition,made excellent results,but still with the world's advanced level of the gap.Anhui province has been in the leading position in the level of bodybuilding in China.It has cultivated such famous bodybuilders as Qian Ji Cheng,Wu Yong Hao,He Zhang Ming,and Wu Long,the first Chinese participant in the Olympia competition.These athletes promoted the development of Chinese bodybuilding.This article through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,logic analysis,observation and mathematical statistics of 20 elite male bodybuilders in An Hui province the shortest for six weeks before the game,up to 12 weeks of training before the relevant contents of the investigation,including: the muscle training mode and training methods,the weaknesses,the training,psychological training before the game,the modelling design and control weight reduction before training,as well as the major influence on the results of the competition before the nutrients intake and tactical aspects of content,for the other good bodybuilder pre-match training to provide some reference in the future.The research results show that:1.Reducing the rest time between groups,super group and pyramid(increasing group)are the main training modes used by bodybuilders during muscle training before competition.2.Priority training method and isolated training method are the main training methods adopted by bodybuilders for their weak links before the competition.The purpose is to make up for the weak areas in the figure,so that each muscle group can develop in harmony and achieve better results.3.Mirror training is the most common way for bodybuilders to train before competition.The style characteristic that should combine oneself on modelling creation and music choice.4.Bodybuilders will start aerobic training at different times according to their body fat content.The training intensity is mainly moderate,and the training mode is mainly running,mountaineering machine and stair climbing.5.Before the competition,simulated training,self-suggestion and relaxation training and music adjustment method can be used to adjust the psychological state of the athletes,so that the athletes are full of confidence in themselves and play the best competitive level in the competition.6.Bodybuilders should eat a small amount of food several times before the competition.In terms of dietary structure,they mainly focus on protein and pay attention to control the intake of carbohydrates and fats.7.Bodybuilders can choose appropriate tactics according to their competitive state and the intensity of group competition before the competition,such as the selection of the competition item or competition level,so that athletes can avoid fierce competition and achieve better results.
