The Korean Chinese language classes mainly adopt a cooperative teaching mode.Since its short time of existence and not mature enough,there are many problems.This article is based on the Korean high school Chinese language class,taking the cooperative teaching mode as the main line.The paper finds that there are some problems in cooperative teaching,such as incomplete implementation of cooperative process.This paper puts forward some Suggestions for volunteers,Korean teachers and training parties.Finally,the paper constructs the teaching plan design under the ideal cooperative teaching mode.The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems of cooperative teaching,so as to make suggestions for future teacher cooperation.The paper mainly includes the following parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background,reason,purpose,meaning and the methods of research.The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the research,including the principles and theoretical basis of teaching design,the theoretical basis of interpersonal relationship.The third chapter mainly investigates the cooperation model by questionnaire,interview and so on.Analysising the problems in cooperative teaching and the influencing factor.The fourth chapter puts forward reasonable suggestions for cooperative teachingThe fifth chapter designs the teaching plan and runs it,obtains the feedback and the enlightenment through the teaching practice.The sixth chapter is the summary of the paper,including the paper's innovation and deficiencies.
