As a teaching model of current research hotspots,although the cooperative learning model has been studied more deeply and extensively by many scholars,the research on the application of this model in teaching applications,especially in the middle school sports and health classrooms,can be further explored.Undoubtedly,the cooperative learning model plays a prominent role in promoting the reform of China's basic education,cultivating and enhancing the core literacy of students,and promoting the sustainable development of the physical education classroom.Nowadays,there are still many misunderstandings about the cooperative learning teaching mode.For example,it is considered that group teaching is a cooperative learning mode.It is considered that it is difficult to make the students together to discuss and discuss and observe the action is a cooperative learning mode.Make the cooperative learning model develop effectively,let alone implement it.Therefore,in order to penetrate the cooperative learning model advocated in this paper and explore the teaching effect of the model to promote the all-round development of students,the article is presented through the experimental design and implementation process.This will not only help future generations to better understand the teaching experiment of sports cooperative learning,but also lay a practical foundation for the implementation of physical education teaching methods.This paper firstly combs the categories,structure and connotation of the cooperative learning model,and then uses the literature review method,questionnaire survey,experimental method and mathematical analysis method to analyze the effect of the cooperative learning model in the middle schoolsports and health classroom.This paper focuses on the implementation process of the cooperative learning model in the junior high school classroom.Finally,it discusses and analyzes the changes in the students' psychological and social adaptation,motor skills and unit curriculum.This paper focuses on the cooperative learning mode as a means to select a natural class as an experimental class in the second year of a middle school in Lixia District,Jinan City,and another class in the same grade as a control class.After nine weeks of teaching and research on physical education and health: The Psychological Questionnaire for Middle School Students and the Emotional Questionnaire for Inducing Exercises test the changes in the mental health and social adaptation of students before and after the experiment.By measuring the status of the relevant indicators of the two classes of students,the changes in the physical quality of the students before and after the experiment are examined.The results of the assessment of the two class units test the students' knowledge of the knowledge.After analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.At the level of psychological and social adaptation,students can develop in the dimension of interpersonal communication and life happiness in the cooperative learning mode.Under the cooperative learning mode,the exchange of students with students,students and teachers increases,which is conducive to the formation of a good and harmonious relationship between students and teachers and students,so that students can get happiness and happiness from the learning process.2.At the level of students' physical quality,cooperative learning mode and traditional teaching mode can promote the development of students' physical quality to a certain extent.In the assessment of student unit performance,students in the cooperative learning mode helped each other through mutual help and mutual improvement,and the overall performance of the class wasbetter.The overall performance gap was smaller than the traditional model.3.Under the cooperative learning mode,the students' ability to observe and solve problems through the fulfillment of the group's role responsibilities and their ability to solve problems;through the group evaluation,the students' learning fun and learning motivation are strengthened,and the students are more enthusiastic about learning.It is conducive to the establishment of self-esteem and self-confidence.
