An Investigation Report On Chinese Teaching In Pattaya Mingman School, Chonburi, Thailand

In recent years,China's international status has been rising,its comprehensive national strength has been increasing,the development momentum of Chinese international education has been good,more and more schools have offered Chinese courses overseas,and the number of volunteers sent to Chinese teachers abroad has increased year by year.So far,the total number of volunteers sent by Hanban has reached 49,000.The author was fortunate to be one of them and went to Thailand to teach Chinese in 2018.This paper takes the Pattaya Mingman School in Chunwuli Prefecture of Thailand as the research object,and makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the Chinese language teaching situation here.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the survey ideas and implementation process of this paper,including two forms of questionnaire and interview.The second chapter introduces the current situation of Mingman School in management,teachers,teaching materials and so on.In the third chapter,according to the problems encountered in the teaching process and the shortcomings of Mingman School in Chinese teaching management,teachers' teaching methods and students' learning status,the author makes a thorough analysis.Chapter IV puts forward the corresponding suggestions and solutions.It is hoped that this study will contribute to the development of Chinese language teaching in Mingman schools and contribute to the cause of Chinese language education in Thailand.
