An Investigation And Studay Of Primary Chinese Teaching In Trattarkarnkhun School, Thailand

In 21 st century, China for its development by leaps and bounds, social status has improved, followed by a "Chinese fever" swept the world. Thailand as a friendly neighbor of China, under the impetus of the heat wave, Thailand became one of the largest number of people learning Chinese around the world. The globalization of Chinese and the world are in urgent needof Chinese teachers, in order to solve this problem,In 2004,Chinese government set up Chinese volunteer Program, which in order to help the world solve the problem of shortage of Chinese teachers.The writer was honored to pass the test and trained by Hanban, then was dispatched to Thailand as a Chinese volunteer teacher in 2014. Through the ten months working in Trattarkarnkhun School,Thailand. The profound impression is Chinese learner has different levels, though “Mandain fever” has popular in Thailand. The author based on the internship experience in Trattarkarnkhun School and related records at work, combined with questionnaire which investigate students and Chinese language teachers, find out that Trattarkarnkhun School has made some achievements in Chinese language teaching, but there should not be neglected problems. The author summarizes the problems through teachers, students, Chinese teaching resources, classroom teaching. And so on, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of these problems, such as: raising the level of Chinese language teachers, improving teaching methods to improve students’ interest in learning Chinese, improving teaching resources, perfecting the teaching equipment and so on. We hope that these measures can provide some reference for the vigorous development of the cause of Chinese teaching in Thailand.
