| With the development of international regional economic integration,labor market from segmentation to integration has become an inevitable trend of social development.Based on the theory of labor market,this paper takes the labor market of Eurasian Economic Union established in 2015 as the research object.On the basis of abundant empirical and information research databases,this paper analyses the openness and mobility of Eurasian Economic Union labor market,and the overall performance of labor participation rate,employment rate and unemployment rate.The causes of the characteristics of Eurasian Economic Union labor market can be analyzed from the aspects of demand,supply and allocation of labor market,mainly reflected in the impact of resource-oriented economic structure and economic policy.This paper explores the obstacles and problems in the process of Eurasian Economic Union’s unified labor market development from four aspects,including invisible trade barriers,pension security flows,employment restrictions in professional fields and historical and cultural barriers.Based on this,this paper puts forward the flexible and heterogeneous mode of establishing Eurasian Economic Union labor market,and puts forward practical suggestions for further effective development of labor market,with a view to achieving a good effect of labor market integration in promoting the development of Eurasian Economic Union. |
