Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Swimming Training In Chengdu Jinghui Fitness Swimming Club

Chengdu jinghui fitness swimming club was founded in 2008.It is a commercial sports recreation site integrating fitness guidance and swimming training.Since 2008,in Shudu garden community Chengdu jinjiang district,its first swimming training institution was opened,after nearly 10 years of development,it has developed 11 branches in chengdu city and the surrounding cities,with more than 400 full-time employees,and continue to expand at a speed of 1 new store per year on average.The swimming training service provided by the club is mainly organized in the form of small teaching class like one-to-one,one-to-two and one-to-three,with an average enrollment of more than 4,000 swimming trainees every year since 2011.The enactment of the 13 th five-year plan on sports industry mark the government's emphasis on the development of sports industry in China.Swimming training is an integral part of sports industry development,in the current background of rapid sports industry development.The purpose of analyzing chengdu jinghui fitness swimming club's current training situation is to analyzes the characteristics of swimming training,the advantages of small class teaching,the reasons for the enrollment profit and the difficulties in the development process,then make feasible suggestions for the difficulties,while promoting the club's development,it can also provide reference for other swimming training institutions and the development of swimming training industry.Therefore,this study has certain practical significanceThis essay through the documentation methods,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and choose 1 legal representative of Jinghui fitness swimming club,1 area director of the club,5 store managers from different store,30 swimming teachers from each store,30 consultants from each store,250 students as the main subjects.The analysis draws the following conclusions:(1)good hardware facilities provide basic conditions for the development of swimming training;(2)the reasonable salary commission system encourages the working enthusiasm of consultants and swimming coach;(3)it guarantees the teaching quality that most swimming coach hold professional certificates;(4)the form of small-class teaching organization guarantees the teaching safety and teaching quality;(5)swimming coach and consultants learn from each other's expertise.Based on existing difficulties and conclusions the following recommendations are made:(1)improve the management system for swimming coach and establish a scientific retain system for teachers;(2)introduce or train high-level swimming instructor,broaden training market;(3)suggest relevant departments of the sports industry formulate specific foster policies and implement these policies as soon as possible;(4)organize the mutual study for the professional knowledges between swimming coach and consultants to further improve the enrollment effect;(5)for sports club that integrating both fitness and swimming training,Small-class teaching is worth of being used for reference.
