Sports Social Organizations Participate In The Practical Research Of Community Building

Under the background of the importance of sports public service provided by sports social organizations to the society,sports public service is becoming more and more important.Taking the practice of community building as the starting point,taking the participation of sports social organizations in community building as the research object,this paper summarizes the current practice of sports social organizations in community building by using the method of documentation,and further studies the practice of Sichuan Sports Fitness Promotion Association participating in community building by using the methods of case study,interview and questionnaire.(1)Taking "human" construction as the breakthrough point is the core content of Sichuan Sports Fitness Promotion Association.It is mainly about the improvement of participants' participation consciousness and physical quality.(2)Various sports activities are the important means of Sichuan Sports Fitness Promotion Association.Mainly through community fun games,scientific walking,Mini marathon and other means.(3)Sports culture construction is the main support of Sichuan Sports Fitness Promotion Association.Such as community building scientific fitness square,community setting up scientific fitness knowledge column,regular scientific fitness knowledge and other cultural construction.(4)Self-organizing cultivation is a new product of Sichuan Sports Fitness Promotion Association.The establishment of community self-organization reflects the sustainability of community building,fully taps the backbone of the community,cultivates leaders,and develops self-organization.Based on the conclusions,the following suggestions are made:(1)Strengthen government policy support.The financial support of the government provides financial guarantee for the participation of sports social organizations in community construction.(2)Promoting the professional quality of the organization.Establish the concept of providing public services for the society,and find ways to infiltrate into the sports industry.Innovation of community service mode,cultivation of professional quality and service quality of internal members.(3)Widening access to resources.Get rid of dependence on the government,constantly broaden the social sphere,and actively cooperate with the market,enterprises and institutions to improve self-hematopoietic ability.(4)Introducing and cultivating professional social workers.Introduce professional social workers to help service objects,so as to make the service more detailed.(5)Improve the internal operating mechanism of the organization.Their duties,responsibilities and powers are relative,and their responsibilities are clearly defined.Establish and improve efficient execution mechanism,scientific decision-making mechanism and employment mechanism of eliminating the fittest and the fittest,and improve the execution ability of social organizations.(6)Improving social influence.Strengthen the government's attention.We should innovate various ways of propaganda and broaden channels of propaganda.
