In 2014,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Curriculum Implementation and Implementing the Fundamental Tasks of Lide Shuren",which proposed the development of students' core literacy system.On September 13,2016,at the press conference on the core research of Chinese students' development core quality held at Beijing Normal University,the research results of "China Student Development Core Literacy" were officially promulgated.The core literacy of student development mainly refers to the essential character and key ability that students should have to adapt to lifelong learning and social development.Its purpose is lifelong education and innovative education.The purpose is to truly realize quality education and cultivate talents with all-round development..On December 29,2017,in the "Ordinary High School Music Curriculum Standards"(2017 Edition)issued by the Ministry of Education,the connotation of the core literacy of music in high school was clearly put forward,which shows that the country's development of students' core literacy is important for school education.Tasks and implementation in various disciplines.The integration of core literacy into the music discipline also marks the beginning of the era of music core literacy.Then,junior high school music education as a necessary stage of high school music education is also a basic stage.The idea of incorporating core literacy in junior high school music teaching is also critical to the development of music skills in high school.Based on the investigation of the three middle schools in Henan,this paper analyzes the current situation of the music singing classroom teaching in Henan Fuyang Junior High School,finds out the problems,and reveals the significance of the core music literacy in the middle school music singing classroom teaching.And role.While making reasonable suggestions and practicing improvement on the teaching of junior high school music singing,the educational concept of core literacy is integrated into the teaching practice of junior high school music singing,and the purpose of teaching and teaching of junior high school music singing is fully utilized.
