In order to cultivate excellent socialism successors and builders who adapt to the development of the new era,all primary and secondary schools in our country thoroughly conform the party's educational policies and concepts,actively develop quality education,implement the basic task of cultivating people through morality,and pay attention to the moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education and labor education of students,so as to make students develop in an all-round way.Music is an important course of aesthetic education in senior high school.It is based on the close relationship between music art and human spirit,emotion,aesthetic and humanistic quality.Thanks to the characteristics of popularity and universality in its quality education,it gets more focus from outside.In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued and implemented the new music curriculum standard for senior high school(2017 version)(hereinafter referred to as the "new curriculum standard"),which is an updated version of the 2003 version of the music curriculum standard for general high school,mainly highlighting the importance of the core quality of music discipline.According to the new curriculum standard,the core quality of music subject is aesthetic perception,artistic expression and cultural understanding."Singing" is an art form in which people express music and emotion through the medium of sound.It is an important way to purify students' mind and cultivate students' core quality of artistic expression.Together with five modules as music appreciation,music creation,music and dance,performance,music and drama,they are defined as compulsory music course in senior high school under the new curriculum standard.Under the new curriculum standard,the teaching of music singing module in senior high schools includes vocal music related knowledge and various contents and forms such as chorus,solo.Through appreciating and singing excellent vocal music works,it stimulates students' singing interest and learning methods,accumulates singing experiences,enhances cooperation consciousness,and experiences the artistic appeal and emotional expression of vocal music.The senior high school music singing class is the same strain as the "singingclass" in the compulsory education stage.Its educational requirements and significance go further than that in the compulsory education stage,with more emphasis on the scientific and artistic nature of singing.However,after the author's practice,it is found that there is still a big gap between the present situation of singing teaching effect in senior high schools and the requirements in the new curriculum standards,and there are a series of problems in both teachers' teaching and students' learning.Based on the on-the-spot investigation of a middle school in Chongqing,this paper uses the methods of questionnaire,observation,interview,documentation and practice to explore the common problems in the teaching of music singing classes in senior high school,and finds out the following problems: the students' singing foundation is weak;Their interests in learning are not strong enough;The students fail to meet the subject's standards;And they're influenced by the sound changing period;The teachers' teaching modes centered on teaching,which is so monolithic that ignore the feeling of students in the course of music;Teachers haven't do enough work on the core standards in music classes;Besides,teaching equipment is in short supply.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.The second part is the first chapter of the paper.The author summarizes the characters of music classes in senior high school from the following aspects: the task,setting and practice of the senior high school music,the senior high school music under the new curriculum standard.The third part is the second chapter.The author summarizes the singing teaching classes from the following aspect:singing,classroom teaching,music classroom teaching under the new curriculum standard,the development of singing class teaching,singing class teaching under the new curriculum standard.The fourth part is the third chapter.The author first makes an investigation and analysis of the current situation of teachers' teaching and students' learning,and then proposed a series of common problems of singing teaching in senior high school according to the results of the investigation.The fourth chapter elaborates on the thinking and suggestions on the problems.At present,there are few researches on singing teaching in senior high school in China.I hope this paper can not only make everyone understand the common problems in singing teaching in senior high school,but also lead to positive thinking and promote the development of teaching in the future.
