In the middle and late 1990 s,the academic degrees committee of the state council decided to set up a education pilot program for master's degrees.After 10 years of trial and development,the trial phase came to an end in 2006.In 2009,the category of full-time professional master's degree,which is mainly composed of fresh undergraduate students,was further expanded.Full-time professional degree education can become a new training mode accepted by people.According to our country "medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)" the relevant contents of knowable,speed the development of professional degree graduate education,to research the education teaching ability,practice ability and the professional development ability for the cultivation target of full-time master of education,can effectively promote the further development of education reform in the future.However,in the process of cultivation,cultivation objectives,curriculum design,evaluation forms and so on still need theoretical clarity and practical concretization.To this end,the theoretical analysis of full-time education master's degree in the graduate level,the inner meanings and characteristics of key elements of the specific training mode and its implementation were analyzed,and the training experience of developed country for reference,in H university as a case,analyzes the specific training scheme of the master's degree in education so as to realize the stable development of graduate education full-time education specialty in China.By using the methods of literature research,comparative research and case study,this paper analyzes the research literature,policy texts and practical programs,and concludes that the essential attribute of full-time education master's degree is its professionalism,which has the function of training theoretical and practical talents and emphasizes the characteristics of applicability and practicality.Education master's training in the United States,Britain,France and Japan has professional orientation in the goal,and emphasizes the application and practical orientation in the course setting,tutor selection and training process.The cultivation of full-time education master's degree graduates in China should have clear career orientation,application and practicality in the aspects of objectives,curriculum setting,tutor team and teaching practice.The cultivation program of education master's degree graduates of H university highlights the essential attributes,functional attributes and characteristics of professional degrees from the text,which is a case worth learning.
