| For university students,dormitory is the main place to their life and study,but also into the into the social relationship before a preview of the dormitory interpersonal relationship will has a direct impact on college students’ study and life,at the same time also can affect college students’ psychological quality and life habit,if able to build a harmonious and harmonious dormitory interpersonal relationship,In this way,college students can complete their studies in a better state,and it is also conducive to the improvement of college students’ psychological quality and the formation of good habits,and will further affect the philosophy of dealing with affairs and values of college students.For college students,dormitory interpersonal relationship is inevitable in their growth process,and it is also the beginning of college students to deal with social interpersonal relationship.Therefore,the study of college students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship is conducive to the improvement of college students’ personality,and is conducive to the healthy development of college students’ body and mind.This paper selected the W S university campus as the center of college students in xinjiang,for random sampling among college students,and then USES the in-depth interview method,investigate the dormitory interpersonal relationship of the current situation,and further understanding of the key factors that affect the dormitory interpersonal relationship,thus analyzing the optimization of college students in the dormitory interpersonal relationship needs,From the perspective of social work and professional methods to intervene in the dormitory interpersonal relations facing problems and difficulties.This paper,by means of case study and group work to college students’ dormitory interpersonal involvement,mainly in the form of an interpersonal communication group,cultivate and improve the communication skills of team members and their interpersonal skills,encourage team members to share their views and opinions,learn each other,and to discuss the possible problems in social work and learning,In this way,students’ group and collective consciousness can be cultivated and their interpersonal communication ability can be improved.In addition,the role of group working method is analyzed through empirical research,so that the transformation and promotion of team members can be better demonstrated.Then the differences before and after group activity were compared and analyzed to prove that this activity could effectively improve the confidence and interpersonal communication ability of group members.Extending the theory from the perspective of superiority and centering on the social work resources in colleges and universities,this paper promotes the healthy development of college students’ body and mind through the development of social work in schools. |
