The fairness and cffective development of education have been the key and difficult problems faced by the economic and social communities in today's countries.Education in our country in the 30 years of reform and opening up have made great achievements at the same time,various aspects contradictions are increasingly apparent,The problem facing education is not only its own problems,but also its long-term impact on society.To some extent,the education balanced development of education equality,education fair thought in the development of the new era,is essentially education balanced development as contributing to education equality and important way to promote education fair.As the main economic and education city in China,nanjing has entered an important strategic period for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and basically realizing the modernization of education.But due to historical reasons,such as economy,culture and society and human system,policy factors,such as imbalance problems of education development in jiangsu province,thus promote the overall balanced development of compulsory education,education at:all levels to coordinate steady progress is imperative.In sorting based on the results of previous studies,this paper start from the concept of education resources,through the real cases and literature research,to understand the status quo of compulsory education resources in nanjing,the discussion of compulsory education resources allocation in the dilemmas facing,in-depth analysis of nanjing public compulsory education resources allocation unfair reason,and using the related theory and the view of education demand and feasibility suggestions and related countermeasures are put forward.
