Research On The Laws And Regulations Of Teachers Training Of Primary And Secondary School Over The Past Sixty Years In New China(1949-2009)

In the 60 years after the founding of new China,the norms of primary and secondary school teachers gradually grow,teacher quality enhances unceasingly,and it has injected a steady stream of vitality for the development of basic education in China.At the same time,primary and secondary school teachers training are indispensable links of teachers'quality and level of ascension,so the country enacted a series of primary and secondary school teachers training regulations which provide important legal protection for teachers in basic education stage to continue study and also have achieved a wide range of implementation effectiveness,all these will further promote the reform and development of basic education in China.In this paper,by putting education legal system construction as the main purpose and using the methods of literature,history,comparison research and other research methods,this article makes a systematic and comprehensive collection,collation,analysis and review of the laws,regulations,rules and regulations related to the training of primary and secondary school teachers in China from 1949 to 2009.First of all,it combed the sixty years' evolution process on laws and regulations of primary and secondary school teachers training,then illustrates the main content of laws and regulations,which involved in teachers' training organization and the relevant personnel and so on.Finally,it summarizes the achieved remarkable results on the implementation of primary and secondary school teachers' training regulations,analyzes the value of the training regulations of primary and secondary school teachers,and looks forward to the prospect of legal construction in the field of primary and secondary school teachers' training.
