Presently, student entrance junior high school is according to where they live in our province. Thus, it result in the weekness of competition consciousness in junior-school, and lack in the aspect of enhance educational quality and service level. Our province should build up the "people-oriented", or "student-centered" conception, provide high quality service in both education and management field. Accompany the entrance of other junior school which run by the local people, it brought more pressure to traditional junior school, meanwhile brought the reformation to it. This study is proposal to a customer satisfaction survey of junior school education into the junior school quality monitoring and evaluating system, Customer Satisfaction scores with junior school guide its reform, to improve the quality of educational services, absorbing more of the students are outstanding, thus embark on a virtuous path of development.In the study of Customer Satisfaction, it is common to adopt the way of deliver and collect questionnaire at scene. This study adopt the method of Computer Assisted Telephone Interview, it cut short the time, enhance the quality of data, and don't waste time to input the data. Meanwhile, CATI provide high-effect and mort transparent way of supervise, diminished the possibility of trouble happened during the talk. Therefore, this study used a questionnaire and access to the survey data over the past more scientific and rational.This study used structural equation modeling analysis of customer satisfaction, predisposing factors and after results. Base on the ACSI and ECSI, according to the specialty of junior school education in Liaoning province, build up and validate junior school education Customer Satisfaction Index Model of Liao Ning Province. This study cut the latents of customer expectation, customer complianment and customerloyalty,only retained five latents. According to the analysis result, and the deep study of strength and weekness of different city, then range the 14 cities by customer satisfaction score. At last, bring forward some reference measure to enhance the education quality and other aspects. |
