Good communication between home and school will make a great effect for students' individual development.From the perspective of teachers' management activities,teaching management activities are the special interaction between teachers and students.Therefore,teachers should correctly handle the relationship between individuals and groups,between leaders and groups from the beginning to the end,which is take coordination as the core function of teaching and management.Teachers are playing an important role in the class as balancing the relationship between students,parents,and school.Teachers should not only focus on whether students are studying hardly,also helping solve the family problems,homeroom teachers should try to balance the relationship between them for avoid students have bad habit out of school.Therefore,it is very important for teachers to be effective coordinators,influencers,and exert their leadership influence.The stronger coordination forced,the greater influence will be made,students will have higher centripetal force,so the better the class management activities and teaching activities will be completed better.With the development of electronic audio-visual equipment,mobile phone has become an indispensable communication tool for modern people.It plays an important role in school management.It is widely used in home-school management.Therefore,for the optimization of education,the improvement of home-school management,mobile phone especially We Chat application has become a basic ability for modern teacher.As a product of the new era,We Chat management is gradually developing under the traditional environment of home-school management,so it is inevitably affected by the traditional education concept.Whether teachers can use We Chat as a parent-school communication method in the development of science and technology in modern society is very important,We Chat parent-school communication has become the necessary way to realize the modernization of education management,teachers can use We Chat timely feedback students' performance at school for parents,check students' work,also break the limit of geographical and time constraints and contact with parents anytime.However,We Chat is also a double-edged sword,which not only brings us a lot of convenience,but also brings a lot of trouble to teachers and parents,which requires teachers to continuously improve the ability of We Chat communication in practice.Therefore,it has an important significance to study on the home-school We Chat communication problem.Based on the questionnaire of We Chat communication between teachers,parents and students of grade 1-6 in a primary school in dalian,this paper finds out the problems in the current We Chat communication between parents and teachers,andthen explore the problems in the We Chat communication between teachers,students and parents,and proposes solutions.The first part is the introduction,which mainly sorts out and analyzes the topic selection,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,core concepts and research methods of home-school We Chat communication.The second part mainly discusses the theoretical achievements of home-school We Chat communication,laying a foundation for this study.The second part is the the perspective of communication studies,analysis,synthesis of communicative action theory,view on school We Chat communication awareness and influence factors,through the perspective of communicative action theory on school We Chat communication and analytical thinking,and combine the characteristics of the home-school We Chat communication itself,so as to build the school become a monk We Chat communication dimensions,including active communicationsincerity,communicationcontent,communication,to grasp the truthfulness,the correctness of the communication effect.The third part is the present situation of parent-school We Chat communication,this part mainly uses SPSS13.0 to analysis the daya of school We Chat communication present situation,described the actuality of four dimensions as well as the whole level of analysis and variance analysis found that home school We Chat communication problem is comprehensive reflection of the multiple factors,factors affecting parent-school We Chat communication can be more microscopic analysis.The fourth part is the analysis of the cause of We Chat communication problem.In this part,the evaluation methods and standards of good communication between home and school We Chat are based on the statistical score,and the problems existing in the communication between home and school.Through the investigation,it found that the communication between home and school is not active and sincere,the communication content is not comprehensive,and the communication effect is not good.The fifth part is the analysis of the influencing factors of home-school We Chat communication problem.This part based on the questionnaire survey method and the conversation contents of teachers,students and parents,analysis the factors influencing the home-school We Chat communication problem in details.The causes of the problems in these factors were specifically analyzed and the attribution was made.
