Research On Home-school Communication Strategy Based On WeChat Platform

Good home school communication is one of the important guarantee to promote the development of students.The communication between school and family has appeared in the new form with the rise of WeChat in recent years.More and more schools in China has also started home school communication based on WeChat platform.Despite home school communication based on WeChat platform has many advantages,it still has many problems,faced with many challenges at the same time.The research of home school communication based on WeChat platform has certain practical significance.It takes Foshan Chiu Ying Experimental High School as the case study.Through the present situation investigation of home school communication based on WeChat platform,it finds out the problem,analyze the causes and put forward feasible strategies according to the theory foundation,questions,and reasons,exploring the logical structure of the countermeasure for the study.The first part is the introduction.It not only introduces the background,significance,content and methods but also analyzes the domestic and foreign literature about home school communication research from the theories,it points out the highlighting,direction and emphasis of this research.The second part is the theoretical basis.This paper defines the concepts of communication,home school communication,WeChat and WeChat platform.It provides the theoretical basis and theoretical support for the research.The third part is a summary of the problem and cause analysis.The author does a questionnaire survey on the current situation of home school communication based on WeChat platform.It makes a detailed analysis and comparison of the research results to find out the problems.At the same time,the author has some interviews for representative sample of parents and teachers.Then,it finds out some problems including the communication concept problems,single communication content and improper way of communication.The mainreasons that leads to the inefficiency of communication include social factor,school factor and family factor.The fifth part is the presentation of strategies.It mainly puts forward the strategies and solved the problems of home school communication based WeChat platform based on the analysis of the reasons.That is,both teachers and parents should set up scientific education concept,enrich the content and methods of home school communication to improve the effectiveness of communication.Finally,the author also does the relevant research of the effectiveness of the strategies applied.Results of the research show that the implementation of the strategies improves the effect of the home school communication of Foshan Chiu Ying Experimental High School and the expected results have been achieved.
