The process of history is irreversible.If we want to study it,we can only restore the truth through existing historical materials.It can be seen that historical materials play an important role in both historical research and history teaching.In recent years,the direction of college entrance examination proposition also requires teachers to strengthen students' study of historical materials in teaching.Therefore,historical materials play an important role in history teaching in senior high schools.The issue of “teaching historical materials” was first discussed in Britain.In the1990 s,China formally discussed the teaching of historical materials as a historical teaching issue.After that,the research on the theory and practice of teaching historical materials has gradually deepened.It is of great significance to use historical materials in history teaching in senior high schools,which can stimulate students' interest in learning,deepen students' understanding of history,and cultivate students' thinking ability,etc.It is found that although both teachers and students have positive attitude towards the teaching of historical materials,there are still many problems in the actual teaching,such as limited classroom time,inappropriate selection of historical materials and so on.With the publication of History Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 edition),the teaching of historical materials has become an inevitable trend in history teaching.We should further explore how to better implement the teaching of historical materials.In teaching practice,teachers should combine the new curriculum standards,take the cultivation of students' core literacy as the starting point,constantly improve their own literacy,enhance the awareness of using historical materials,adhere to the principle of appropriate and appropriate,and pay attention to the screening of subjective feelings in historical materials.Schools of all levels and types should provide appropriate social practice activities to deepen students' understanding of history and broaden their horizons.All front-line teachers should also work togetherto build network resources of historical materials in order to improve the effect of using historical materials in teaching,so as to better cultivate students' historical thinking.It is hoped that through the use of historical materials in teaching,students' ability to solve practical problems can be improved and the curriculum objectives of history discipline can be better realized.
